How to place an order?

Simple ordering with Yves Rocher

You can pay for the products you order online on our website only in cash or by card at the time of delivery. If you wish to pay by bank card, please inform our customer service representative in advance.

Step № 1

First, select the product you want to order and click on it. On the page that will open, you will be able to get acquainted with detailed information about the product.

Step № 2 

Click "Add to cart" if you are sure of your choice. After that, in the window that will appear, you will be able to change the number of products and continue shopping by pressing the "X" button in the upper right, or complete the order by clicking the "Checkout" button below.

Step № 3 

When you click "Checkout" button, an order page will open in front of you. Here you need to select the delivery method and enter the necessary information in the blank lines: e-mail address or mobile number, delivery address, name, surname, index. After all the empty cells are filled, you can click on the "Continue to shipping" button.

Step № 4

In the next step, we ask you to select the delivery area and click on the "Continue to payment" button.

Step № 5

Now you need to additionally enter the other address for payment, if the payment address is different from the delivery address. In addition, you will be able to change the contact information, the address and method of delivery, which you initially entered into the system. After you have reviewed all the mentioned information, click on the "Complete order" button.
 

Step № 6

Your order has already been registered! At the last stage, a new page will open in front of you, which will contain information about the confirmation of your order and the number of your order. We will contact you soon to clarify the delivery time.
